8 Week Mindfulness-Based-Stress-Reduction Course (MBSR)

Tuesday Evening  – Sept 5 to Oct 24 & Sat Oct 21 (10am to 4pm)
  • Venue – 8 Rockville Park, Blackrock, Co Dublin
  • Time – 7.15 to 9.30pm weekly
  • One full day –  10am to 4pm on Oct 21
  • Classes last 2.5 hours weekly plus 6 hours on Sat = 26 hours
  • Cost €290 includes workbook and guided meditations

Wednesday Evening – Sept 6 to Oct 25 & Sun Oct 22 (10am to 4pm)
