Corporate Mindfulness Programmes – Onsite

Mindfulness in the workplace –  Weekly modules or 1 Day / 2 Day Courses

Substantial research in the corporate world has shown that a Mindfulness Programme supports peoples’ health & well-being, giving them tools to navigate pressured environments with more ease; as well as build focus & resilience for managing change as well as improve communication and relationships.

We deliver Mindfulness programs for business that are most appropriate for the organisation’s need; whether you wish to support your peoples’ wellbeing, improve focus & effectiveness; build resilience, empathy, communications skills; improved decision making, more positivity and vitality…

Mindfulness Programs in the Workplace (generally 6 – 8 modules) can be scheduled to take place over periods that best fit your schedule.
Each Mindfulness session (60 – 90mins duration) is based on a specific topic and learning is progressive.
Some options are: Mindfulness Course, workshop, talk in the workplace

  • One module weekly
  • Two modules at a time, for 3 /4 sessions
  • 6 / 8 modules over 2 days.

Corporate Mindfulness Course materials – workbook, guided meditations and email follow up are provided for each participant. To fully benefit from the training, participants need to engage in a brief daily practice.

Introductory & Taster Mindfulness Meditation Workshops: 1/2/4 hours to all day

Alternatively, you can opt for a mindfulness meditation workshop – an introductory taster session or choose to focus on a specific topic. All workshop materials are supplied.

Programme activities include presentations, short talks, videos, experiential exercises, meditation practice, journalling, listening /communication and group discussion.
