Individual coaching offers a safe, confidential space for managers and leaders to gain Mindfulness and business leadership skills.

The personal attention and support that a coach offers allows you to face challenges, deepen your self awareness and free yourself from negative habits and behaviours that are not effective. You learn mindfulness practices that you can apply on the job. Each programme is bespoke with content adapted to suit your need/objective. Sessions can be of 1 to 2 hours duration, scheduled at convenient times, either onsite or in Blackrock, Dublin.

Joanne O’Malley,  B Soc Sc, H Dip Psychotherapy Studies
brings over 20 years of meditation practice to her work as a Mindfulness Professional Trainer and coach. She also has diverse experience at managerial level in the corporate world.

Joanne has been delivering Workplace Mindfulness & Wellness programmes for over six years to many of Ireland’s leading companies. Joanne incorporates elements of Mindfulness, Compassion and Leadership into the corporate coaching she gives.

Joanne is a fully certified and licensed coach in the ECR™  ( Emotional Intelligence Assessment & Coaching)
