Programmes are designed so each organisation can engage at the level that fits their needs.

Introductory
Taster Session

This session gives people an opportunity to discover ‘what’ mindfulness is, ‘why’ it matters and ‘how’ to practice. Participants learn about the fundamentals of the practice, the latest neuroscience research and get an opportunity to try some taster practices. This powerful combination works well and ensures people can make an informed choice about whether they wish to sign up for a follow up course.

Half Day/Full Day
Reboot Workshops

Our workshops are customised to be a fit for the client’s needs. Topics include mindfulness, change, stress management, resilience, wellbeing. Sessions cover the basics and focus in on chosen areas.The combination of teaching and practice help people gain insights into what needs to change or be developed and offers practical strategies for making small incremental changes to re-wire new habits and behaviours.

The Mindfulness at Work
Transformation Course

The Mindfulness at Work Course is an adapted programme created specifically for the workplace. The full course consists of 8 modules of 60 - 75mins sessions (though 4 or 6 module sessions are also an option) delivered weekly, over full days or over half days. Full Course materials including a workbook, guided meditations and ongoing email support are provided for all participant. A vast number of people and organisations have been through this course and reported very positive benefits in resilience, effectiveness, wellbeing and compassion in all areas of life.

The Mindfulness at Work Online Course makes it easier for people to access and complete this course in their own time. Our online course also offers organisations a more convenient and viable option for supporting their people. Participants will be able to engage in the training from anywhere in the world on a laptop, tablet or smartphone.
