Corporate Mindfulness Programmes – Onsite

Positive, practical, scientifically validated training programmes adapted specifically for the workplace.

Research in the corporate world shows clearly that Mindfulness Training supports peoples’ health & well-being, giving them tools to navigate pressured environments as well as gain focus, resilience and work more effectively.

Our onsite Courses and Workshops are designed so each organisation can engage at the level that fits their needs and people, whether an:

  • Introductory Taster Session
  • Half and Full Day Workshops
  • Full 8 module course over 2 days, 4 half days or one module weekly.

Full Course materials – workbook, guided meditations and regular email follow up are provided for each participant.
To fully benefit from the training, participants need to commit to a brief daily practice.

Programme activities include short talks, videos, experiential exercises, meditation, journalling, listening and group discussion.
