Corporate Mindfulness Programmes – Onsite

Mindfulness in the workplace –  Weekly modules or 1 Day / 2 Day Courses

Research in the corporate world is showing that a Mindfulness Programme supports peoples’ health & well-being, giving them tools to navigate pressured environments. Other benefits like improved focus and  listening enhances effectiveness / communication.

Whether you wish to support your peoples’ wellbeing, improve focus & effectiveness; build resilience, empathy, communication, decision making or boost positivity and vitality, our Mindfulness Workplace programs are bespoke to fit the needs of your people and organisation. Courses are arranged to best fit your schedule. Learning is progressive, with a series of sequential modules (typically 6 – 8), each of 60 – 90minutes duration and  based on a specific topic.
Some options are: Mindfulness Course, workshop, talk in the workplace

  • One module weekly
  • Two modules at a time, for 3 /4 sessions
  • 6 / 8 modules over 2 days.

Full Course materials – workbook, guided meditations and regular email follow up are provided for each participant. To fully benefit from the training, participants need to commit to a brief daily practice.


Introductory & Taster Mindfulness Meditation Workshops: 1/2/4 hours to all day

Many organisations opt to introduce Mindfulness with an introductory taster session (in advance of full course roll out) so people understand what is involved and the commitment required. Participants sample some practices, ask questions and see an outline of the full course curriculum. Sign up for participation in the full course follows.

Or workshops can be stand alone and focus on a specific area. All workshop materials are supplied.

Programme activities include presentations, short talks, videos, experiential exercises, meditation practice, journalling, listening /communication and group discussion.
