Why Mindful Leadership?

Joanne has been providing Mindful Leadership Training since 2012. Her programmes bring together the latest research in leadership development, neuroscience, positive psychology and mindfulness practices. Participants learn the skills for creating human centred cultures that allow for connection, learning and growth.

Skills such as maintaining level headedness, responding skillfully in unpredictable scenarios, demonstrating empathy when appropriate all help to promote more collaboration, trust and engagement across an organisation.
