Mindfulness and compassion are good for business bottom line

Isn’t it wonderful to live at such an exciting time when even the business world are being forced to wake up to the costs of ‘Mindlessness’? So much research is proving conclusively that ‘ruthless careless leadership’ only delivers in the very short term.

In the longer term, organisations that decrease fear, promote trust, co-operation, authentic communication and co-operation as well as give their employees some autonomy have higher share value, higher productivity and lower costs. The business world can no longer afford to ignore that what is deepest in us as human beings is care, compassion and connectedness.
