A manufacturing market leader of medical equipment asked Joanne to deliver a Workplace Wellness Talk to their staff.
Their objective was to make their people aware of the downside of too much stress, multitasking and distraction. They wanted to encourage people to take responsibility for their own mental health and emotional wellbeing.
The experiential workshop engaged attendees in exercises and role plays so they could gain insights and try new ways of approaching work, meetings, interactions.
They also walked away with a few practical tools for nurturing positive habits immediately. The feedback from all was extremely positive.
