Case Study: Facilitating Mindfulness Courses (MBSR)

 For several years now, I have facilitated an amended version of the globally acclaimed Mindfulness-Based-Stress-Reduction Course for staff at one of our leading universities… and also follow up courses and refreshers…

Typically, the 6 module course is rolled out over 3 half days, a week apart to a group of about twenty people. So, two modules are covered weekly and participants engage in a daily practice for the 3 weeks duration of the course.

This has been one of the collages most popular courses with full attendance and  extremely positive feedback re: benefits gained. To such an extent, that I have also rolled out an ‘advanced course’ of four modules over 2 half days.
