Sleep Tips – Resolution no. 1: Get better sleep
My top resolution for this year is to get better sleep and avoid what Matthew Walker called the silent sleep-loss epidemic, which
“is having a catastrophic impact on our health, our life expectancy, our safety, our productivity and the education of our children” (Why We Sleep, by Matthew Walker 2017)

In my work, I meet so many people who tell me that they have problems sleeping:
waking up anxious or having difficulties getting to sleep.
So, I know this is a hugely important issue.
